1. About this site
This site is operated by The Novus Suites, a workspace and private suites concept based in Union County, New Jersey, with planned opening in Fall 2026. References to "we," "us," and "our" refer to The Novus Suites.
2. Pre-launch nature
The Novus Suites is in a pre-launch phase. Pricing, amenities, locations, opening date, membership tiers, and other details described on this site are projected and may change before opening. Joining the waitlist or submitting a reservation request does not create a contract for membership, occupancy, or any other service, and does not guarantee availability, pricing, or a specific opening date.
3. Waitlist and reservation requests
- Submissions are non-binding for both you and us until a separate written agreement is signed.
- No payment is collected through this site at this time.
- We may decline or limit reservations at our discretion.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or third-party information through our forms.
- Attempt to interfere with, probe, or disrupt the site or its underlying systems.
- Use the site or any information from it for unlawful purposes.
5. Intellectual property
The Novus Suites name, branding, photography, copy, and site design are owned by The Novus Suites or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish material from this site without our written permission.

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
