• Basic technical data such as user agent and timestamp, used to prevent abuse of our forms.

• To respond to your inquiry or reservation request.
• To send you updates about The Novus Suites launch, founding membership, and tour availability.
• To send transactional emails (confirmation, account, or membership-related notices).

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Every marketing-style email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Transactional emails (such as a confirmation of a request you submitted) may still be sent because they are required to fulfill what you asked for.

We rely on trusted third-party providers to host our website, store form submissions, and deliver email. These providers only process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We keep waitlist and inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and to operate our launch communications. You may request that we delete your information at any time by emailing hello@thenovussuites.com.
